Job Description

As an Agri Advisor, you will serve as a farmer's "Doctor," offering personalized guidance and solutions tailored to their unique farming needs. Your role involves:
- Conducting in-depth consultations with farmers to understand their specific challenges and requirements.
- Analyzing critical agricultural data to provide informed recommendations on soil health, crop yields, pest management, and more.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in agriculture to offer cutting-edge advice to our clients.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients while expanding our clientele base.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Promoting our services through educational materials and agricultural events.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related fields.
- Proven experience as an Agri Advisor or in a similar agricultural advisory role.
- Extensive knowledge of various agricultural practices, crop management, and pest control.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with additional knowledge of Gujarati as a bonus.
- Proficiency in using Google sheets, docs, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
- Sales skills and the ability to identify the right farmers for specific services.
- An analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Preferable:
Candidates with the following attributes will be preferred:
- Prior experience in customer support and handling queries.
- Typing speed and proficiency in creating effective written communication.
- Familiarity with agricultural technology and data-driven decision-making.
- A customer-focused approach and passion for making a positive impact on farmers' lives.
