Job Description

Are you interested in joining our team as a Agri-Advisor Ninja?

As an Agri Advisor, you will serve as a farmer's "Doctor," offering personalized guidance and solutions tailored to their unique farming needs. Your role involves:

• Conducting in-depth consultations with farmers to understand their specific challenges and requirements.
• Analyzing critical agricultural data to provide informed recommendations on soil health, crop yields, pest management, and more.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in agriculture to offer cutting-edge advice to our clients.
• Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients while expanding our clientele base.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Promoting our services through educational materials and agricultural events.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, Crop Science, or related fields.
• Proven experience as an Agri Advisor or in a similar agricultural advisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of various agricultural practices, crop management, and pest control.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, with additional knowledge of Gujarati as a bonus.
• Proficiency in using Google sheets, docs, WhatsApp, and CRM systems.
• Sales skills and the ability to identify the right farmers for specific services.
• An analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Preferable:

Candidates with the following attributes will be preferred:

• Prior experience in customer support and handling queries.
• Typing speed and proficiency in creating effective written communication.
• Familiarity with agricultural technology and data-driven decision-making.
• A customer-focused approach and passion for making a positive impact on farmers' lives.
