Job Description:
As a Visual Communication Specialist (VCS) at Mahakal Agro, you will:
- Lead the graphical realm of our brand, producing captivating visuals using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align designs with strategic objectives and target audience preferences.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of graphic design fundamentals, distinguishing between mediums like flyers, brochures, and social media posts.
- Infuse your designs with marketing insights, ensuring they resonate powerfully with our farmer audience.
- Drive innovation by researching industry trends and competitors to create cutting-edge and compelling visuals.
- Utilize smart shortcuts and software expertise to streamline design processes and maximize productivity.
- Uphold a high standard of design excellence, paying meticulous attention to details and alignment.
- Speed up the thought process by efficiently conducting research and drawing daily design inspiration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable creative input during brainstorming sessions.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
